APC chieftain begs Tinubu to assign FCT ministry portfolio  to Jissalo

President Bola Tinubu has been urged to assign the Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory to Hon Zephaniah Jisalo, as he readies his cabinet.

The Chairman of APC South-East Forum in Gwagwalada, Mr. Agu Okechukwu made the plea to President Tinubu to Assign ministry of the Federal Capital Territory ( FCT) to an indigene, Hon. Zephaniah Jisalo.

He disclosed this yesterday during a chat with New National Star in his office, while expressing his appreciation to the kind gesture Tinubu reciprocated to FCT residents.

Oke who doubles as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Lion Properties Limited, Gwagwalada, noted that the President has wiped the tears of the indigenes by accommodating them to be part of Federal Executive Council ( FEC), just as he tasked him to also include non-indigenes during the subsequent boards, parastatals and agencies appointments.

The Chairman stated that Jisalo is the best nominee to lead FCDA in view of his antecedent as indigene who served as two terms AMAC Chairman as well as represented AMAC /Bwari Federal constituency.

The APC stalwart congratulated the minister designate and called on him to carry residents of the FCT along without discrimination on the basis of religion and ethnic affiliations.

” I will describe this development as a prayer answered because we have been praying for a long time. And everything happened at the appointed time. So, this is the right time and God Has done it for us. And we are happy.

” And I prayed it should be permanent. From this one FCT will continue to have their representative in the federal cabinet. We should be appreciative of even getting this one that God Has given to us through President Tinubu. FCT residents have seen him as God-sent and have used him to answer our prayers over the years,” he explained.
